  12. You agree and release sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the LiveJasminGirlz sites shall be held in the appropriate federal or state court located in Albermarle County, Virginia.
  13. You understand if any provision of this agreement are held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced in their entirety.
